문 대통령 "적극•현장•공감 행정, 모든 공직자의 생명"

President Moon Jae-in has told civil servants that their creativity and proactiveness are keys to pioneering what he called a new era.
The remark came in a luncheon with government officials today to thank them for their work.
He also emphasized that policies need to take the public's needs into account.
