Elodie Poncin, 18, is studying a foundation diploma in arts and design at Oxford Brookes University, and wanted her last exhibition to stand out from the crowd: a painting pony.

The horse lover came up with the idea of having a pony paint her work for her - but first needed to find and train one.

Determined Elodie spent hours training the stubborn Welsh cross pony to first hold a sponge, then a brush, and then paint pictures on a canvas.
