Adventure-seekers carefully make their way across a slackline set up hundreds of meters above the French Alps.
Twenty people walked across the 800-meter-long line hanging 300 meters above ground to enjoy the thrill.
The course was installed by slackline association Ata Slack for an event aimed at setting a world speed record for slackline crossing.
The rules for this new sport are being drawn up by municipal authorities following a request from the participants.
"Well, I come here to have fun, I don't intend to have an impressive crossing, I just want to go to do it. It's the weekend with friends, it's a nice atmosphere."
