A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Alva Johnson against President Trump.

A former Trump campaign staffer's lawsuit which accuses the president of forcibly kissing her and engaging in pay discrimination has been dismissed by a federal judge.
U.S. District Judge William Jung said about plaintiff Alva Johnson's case in the Friday brief: "As currently stated, the Complaint presents a political lawsuit, not a tort and wages lawsuit. Plaintiff will receive a fair day in court, but the Court will try a tort and wages dispute—not a political one. If Plaintiff wishes to make a political statement or bring a claim for political purposes, this is not the forum."
"The judge said the portion of Johnson's suit dealing with the alleged unwanted kiss was unfocused and dragged in more than a dozen other Trump acts that are not legally relevant to the question of whether Trump kissed her without her consent," notes Politico.
The Washington Post reported in February: "Johnson said Trump grabbed her hand and leaned in to kiss her on the lips as he exited an RV outside the rally in Tampa on Aug. 24, 2016. Johnson said she turned  her head and the unwanted kiss landed on the side of her mouth."
The White House denied the accusation.
"This never happened and is directly contradicted by multiple highly credible eyewitness accounts," said press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
