She sacrifices herself to save her boyfriend and in doing so makes a horrifying discovery: there is a “movie within the movie” that no one has ever seen before.

The eerie prank was organized as part of a promotion for "Rings," an upcoming 2017 supernatural psychological horror film and the third part in the American Ring franchise, directly following "The Ring" and "The Ring Two." The movie will be released on February 3, 2017.
