When you are in a hurry and wants to make something tasty and Mouth-watering, try our recipe of French Fries. Homemade French fries are crazy delicious and easy to make.
The French Fries recipe is very flexible, perfect Monsoon recipe you can make as many or as few fries as you like. Plan on at least one large potato worth of fries per person, but you can certainly make do with less and people can eat many more.
The best fries are double-fried, first at a lower temperature to cook them through, then drained and allowed to cool before being dipped into hotter oil to crisp them up to golden perfection.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg Potatoes (soaked)
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt
2 tbsp Refined Flour
2 tbsp Cornflour
Method: Let's Start with Potatoes (soaked) in the bowl then take it out in the Napkin (as shown in the Video) and dry it out. Next, add Dried Potatoes in the Bowl then add Black Pepper Powder, Salt & Refined Flour. Next, Cornflour Mix it all together properly, then heat up the Oil in the Wok and add the Mix Potatoes. Now, deep fry them in the Oil. Do the same with the remaining Potatoes and once it is done take it out in the Serving Plate. Now your French Fries is ready to be serve.
