Two heroic men risked their lives by climbing into a flat through the window to put out a fire in eastern China.

In the video, shot in Gaoyou city in Jiangsu province at around 21:00 on July 3, a man in a red shirt standing on a platform managed to kick open the security grill, while another man was climbing up the outer wall through a pipe.

The two men managed to extinguish the flat fire and open the door for the police.

According to reports, the flat owner forgot to turn off the gas cooker when she went out and the burning food ignited the wall, causing the fire.
