New York Congressman Vows to
Fight for ASAP Rocky’s Freedom As ASAP Rocky continues to be detained in
Sweden after a street altercation on June 30, Congressman Adriano Espaillat of
New York has decided to lend his
support and push for ASAP’s release. Espaillat has sent letters outlining ASAP’s innocence
to the U.S. State Department, U.S. Embassy in Sweden
and the Swedish Ambassador in Washington. In the letters, Espaillat reportedly pleaded for justice
as video evidence of the incident seems to prove
that ASAP was provoked and acted in self-defense. Adriano Espaillat,
