면세점 상반기 매출 12조 원…사상 최고 기록

Duty-free sales in Korea hit an all-time high in the first half of the year.
According to the Korea Duty Free Shops Association, sales reached just under 10 billion U.S. dollars.
The sales growth is being attributed to the opening of new duty-free stores in central Seoul and at Incheon International Airpot.
Local fashion brands are also becoming more popular among Chinese shoppers,... adding to the duty-free revenues.
