The president is likely to call on authorities to ensure the public's safety in the upcoming vacation season... and bring up the multi-billion dollar supplementary budget that still awaits parliamentary approval.
But his message isn't likely to include Japan's trade restrictions.
The president had used a previous meeting with his aides to send out a message on Japan's export curbs that target the heart of Korea's economy.
