According to a food scientist at UC-Davis’ Cooperative Extension, frozen fruits and vegetables generally have less pesticide residue than fresh conventional produce. Moreover, scientists from Leatherhead Food Research and the University of Chester found there being more beneficial nutrients in frozen food. Because frozen food is prep-free, it can save you a ton of time allowing you to make healthy dishes at home.
