An SUV nearly collided with a taxiing plane on the Fuzhou Changle International Airport runway in southeastern China. The aircraft was about to take off before it was forced to brake to avoid a collision. Airport authorities said this SUV is a ground support vehicle,  and that they will investigate the incident and handle it seriously.
