Construction works for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Games have made smooth progress and more than half of new venues are completed with a year to go, organisers say. But they are not worry-free -- there are concerns over tough labour conditions at construction sites, and unions say it is effectively impossible for workers to complain due to fear of losing their jobs.
