In her quest to trace her long lost biological mother, a German national has been travelling across Karnataka for a decade. The fact that her foster parents adopted her illegally in 1981 has made her search difficult, as some official records have reportedly vanished, affecting the lady’s efforts to find out where she had been taken from, by her adoptive parents.

जर्मन नागरिक मरिया शाय शूप पेश से शिक्षक हैं और वो कर्नाटक के रायचूर में अपनी मां की तलाश कर रही हैं. आज से 38 साल पहले मारिया को एक जर्मन जोड़े ने गोद लिया था. तब से मारिया जर्मनी में रहती हैं. उनकी पढ़ाई से लेकर पालन पोषण सब जर्मनी में हुई. मगर एक कमी उन्हें हमेशा खलती रही कि जिस मां ने उन्हें जन्म दिया वो उससे नहीं मिली.
