4 years ago today, India lost its missile man. Dr. Abdul Kalam engineered the Pokhran 2 nuclear tests and India entered the club of Nuclear Powers. Abdul Kalam was an aerospace scientist and a phenomenal teacher who served as the 11th president of India from 2002 to 2007. Dr. Kalam was honoured with the Padma Bhushan, Padma Vibhushan, Bharat ratna and many other awards for his unsurpassed brilliance and contribution to the country.
