'호날두 노쇼' 주최사 상대 손해배상 소송 첫 접수
Thousands of Korean football fans are clamoring to sue a local event organizer following Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo's no-show last Friday.
A local law firm has filed a class action lawsuit against the agency that organized the match between Juventus and the K-league All-stars at the Seoul World Cup Stadium last Friday.
The law firm is demanding that fans receive around 9-hundred U.S. dollars per person in damages,… which includes compensation for the high-priced tickets and psychological harm.
Separately, the K League said it would also seek financial compensation from the organizer, after issuing an apology to fans for Ronaldo's no-show on the pitch.
Despite an agreement that Cristiano Ronaldo would play for at least 45-minutes during the exhibition match,… the 34-year old spent the entire 90 minutes on the bench, leaving the 65-thousand fans at the stadium disappointed.
