Chivda is a very popular snack from Gujarati cuisine.Though it is a diwali snack, it is all time favourite. It has got a good shelf life. It is a crispy snack made by roasting the thin Poha and adding a few spices and nuts. It can be a good tea time snack too. This is a very quick and easy recipe.

Ingredients:
Peanuts
Oil
Chickpeas Split
Dry Coconut
Flattened Rice
For Tempering
3 Red Chillies
2 Chopped Green Chillies
1 Full Green Chilli
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Method: Let's start making quick crispy and tasty Poha Chivda, For that put 2-3 tbsp oil. Once the oil is heated, we'll fry the peanuts We need to fry the peanuts until it turns light brown. When the peanuts are fried remove them. In the same way fry the chickpeas split. When the chickpeas split are done remove them. Now, fry some dry coconut. Once the coconut is fried remove them in same manner. Now, prepare tempering for it. For that, Take 3 red chillies, 2 chopped green chillies, and 1 full green chilli. now add Flattened rice in it. Roast it for 5-10 minutes on a lower flame. Once the flattened rice is roasted add salt as per taste. Also add 1/2 tbsp sugar ( This is optional, if you don't like sugar, You can avoid putting it) Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and mix everything nicely. Now add previously fried ingredients - Peanuts, chickpeas split and coconut. Mix everything nicely. Turn off the gas as the Chivda is ready.
