Mumbai rains: IMD issues red alert for next 48 hours. Mumbaikars woke up to an intense spell of rainfall on Saturday morning once again. The city has been experiencing torrential rainfalls over the last few days, throwing normal life out of gear. The India Meteorological Departement was warned of "heavy to very heavy falls" in Mumbai and its suburbs over the next 24 hours.

देश की आर्थिक नगरी मुंबई के कई इलाकों में शुक्रवार रात भारी बारिश हुई, जिससे लोगों को सड़कों पर भारी जलभराव का सामना करना पड़ रहा है. मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, शनिवार और रविवार को भी भारी बारिश होने की संभावना है. इससे लेकर मुंबई सहित आसपास के कई इलाकों में रेड अलर्ट जारी किया गया है.
