Vanilla & Chocolate Cupcakes recipe

Makes 12

Ingredients:
200 gm plain flour
200 gm sugar
125 ml milk
110 gm butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
5 teaspoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup water
2 eggs


Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 375° F
2. In a large bowl, prepare the butter and sugar then mix them well. Then add eggs and mix again.
3. Add vanilla to the mixture.
4. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
5. Add half of flour & baking powder to the mixture then mix well.
6. Add the other half of flour & baking powder to the mixture, then add milk and mix well.
7. Prepare cocoa mixture with adding cocoa and water in small bowl then mix them with mixture.
8. Pipe the cream frosting onto each cupcake.
