Nate Ellis "Mr Danke Schoen" ran a successful campaign for 2009 President of the Realtors Marketing Association in San Ramon California. Here is the speech he gave with the slide show that accompanied it. Nate is know for singing tunes early in the morning at the weekly meeting.
