Kachay Gosht Ki Biryani:
Ingredients:
Rice 1/2kg
Beef 1/2kg
Garlic 1tbsp
Ginger 1tbsp
Yogurt 250gm
Onion 4medium
Screw pine 6tbsp
Oil 1/2cup
Salt 1tsp
Mint 1/3bunch
Yellow food color 1pinch
All spice powder 2tbsp
Mace 1 pinch
Lemon juice 3tbsp
Milk 2cup
Nutmeg 1pinch
Red chili powder 1tbsp
Raw papaya ½ cup
Method:
Firstly, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, nutmeg, raw papaya mace and 1tsp salt, all spices, red chili powder, lemon juice and fried onions to mix and marinate the beef with it to set it for 2 hour. Now boil and rinse rice in salted water. In a pot heat oil and add marinated chicken, milk and screw pine and add rice on top with yellow food color to cook it covered at high flame. when the steam forms set the flame at medium and cook for 30mins and garnish it with mint to serve.

Anardana Chutney:
Ingredients:
Green Coriander ½ cup
Mint Leaves ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
Green Chilies 4-5
Garlic 3-4
Pomegranate Seeds 2 tbsp
Water ¼ cup
Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
Method:
Grind all ingredients well
Andardana chutney is ready


Mango Banana Trifle:
Ingredients
Banana (sliced) 2
Mango (sliced) 2
Orange powder 3 tbsp
Plain cake (cubed) 6 slices
Yogurt 2 cups
Cream 1 packet
Icing sugar 2 tbsp


Method:
In a bowl, toss the bananas and mango with orange powder. Layer half of the cake cubes then add half of the bananas and mangoes, then mix yogurt and cream together with icing sugar .top the fruit with yogurt cream mix and repeat the layer and serve chill.
