Info from Licensor: "This video was taken at Lake Don Pedro in Don Pedro, California during their annual poker run. There were too many people on this boat and the weight was not evenly distributed, causing the boat to tip and take too much water on. Everyone was able to get off the boat in time and nobody was hurt."
