Perak executive council member Paul Yong Choo Kiong, who was alleged to have raped his Indonesian maid, will be charged on Friday.

Bukit Aman CID director Comm Datuk Huzir Mohamed confirmed that the Tronoh state assemblyman would be charged at the Ipoh Sessions Court.
