00:08 another question that we get asked it
00:11 usually happens in the initial phone
00:12 call when you call him to get an
00:13 estimate set up is why is it that I need
00:16 both homeowners present to have this
00:18 presentation and we have found in so
00:22 many cases that if we go out and talk to
00:25 a husband and give him all the
00:28 information that he'll go and talk to
00:31 his wife about it and only about half
00:32 the information gets related because
00:33 it's not his profession
00:35 and the same thing happens when we're
00:36 talking to the wife or the significant
00:38 other we're giving you a ton of
00:40 information then you got to try to relay
00:42 all that to somebody else
00:43 more times than not if somebody says yes
00:47 I want to get it done and it was only
00:48 one homeowner that's there when we come
00:50 in the house and we cut new holes in the
00:51 ceiling to add returns or supplies or
00:54 move a thermostat or maybe the unit
00:56 makes a different noise look at a phone
00:58 call from the significant other and
00:59 there will be some kind of a complaint
01:01 you know I don't like that there's this
01:02 big 30 by 20 register in the middle of
01:04 my hallway
01:05 it used to be 12 by 24 what you guys do
01:08 and that always leads to issues because
01:11 we don't want either party to be upset
01:12 we want you guys to have a clean easy
01:14 install everybody know what's going on
01:16 everybody same page I mean you hear it
01:19 all the time communication is key so the
01:22 reason why we always ask for both
01:23 parties to be they're both homeowners
01:25 it's the way to make sure that all the
01:27 needs of both homeowners are met and
01:29 that everybody knows what's getting
01:31 ready to happen to the home
