#ThalikalaPaasham/ #BellamThalikalu is a traditional recipe made especially on Ganesh festival .this is a kind of noodles made from mixing wheat flour and jaggery water and cooked in milk with some dry fruits.
Ingredients :
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Jaggery - 1/4 kg.
• Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon.
• Fresh coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
• Cashew nuts and almonds - 8-10 numbers.
• Water - 2 cups
• Wheat Flour Dough
• Ghee - 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Take a bowl and add wheat flour, water and mix nicely to make a dough.
2. Take the dough and make a small piece and make roll into short strings with finger-like as shown in the video.
3. Place them in a plate which dusted with flour.
4. Let's cook it.
5. Once it is cooked add wheat flour mixture, cardamom powder, fresh coconut, dry coconut, cashew nuts and mix nicely.
5. Next, add jaggery and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add dry fruits and mix it.
7. Transferring into a serving bowl and add pour little ghee and mix it.
