Salceda: 4 firms keen on buying Aleco

Albay Gov. Joey Salceda says four companies are interested in acquiring the troubled Albay Electric Cooperative (Aleco). Aleco has around P4 billion in unpaid debts, which led to Albay getting cut off the power grid for more than 24 hours this week.
