MANILA - Water level at La Mesa Dam has breached its spilling level and is now overflowing, an official of Manila Water said Tuesday. "As of 11:35 this morning, it has breached its spilling level of 80.15 meters and as of 11:45 am the level now is 80.16. It means it is now continually spilling towards Tullahan River," said Manila Water corporate communications head Jeric Sevilla.
