MANILA - There is no doubt that Janet Lim Napoles is the mastermind in the P10 billion pork barrel scam, key whistle-blower Benhur Luy said on Thursday. "Siya ang mastermind kasi siya po yung boss ko," said Luy, a former employee of Napoles. Appearing before the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing, Luy also said Napoles does not in any way deserve to be made state witness, noting that she is the most guilty in the case. Justice Secretary Leila de Lima, for her part, explained that tapping Napoles as a state witness is in the "realm of possibility" but said they are not yet discussing the idea as of the moment.
