Binibining Pilipinas-Universe Ariella Arida is all set and raring to go to Russia to compete in the prestigious Miss Universe beauty pageant. On Thursday, a send-off party was held for Ariella, who will leave for Moscow this coming Monday for Miss Universe 2013, which will be held in November.
