Power interruptions hit several parts of Mindanao this morning. The disturbance started around 3 a.m. Areas affected are Cotabato, Dipolog, Pagadian and Iligan City. Power has been restored in Zamboanga City, General Santos, Davao, Cagayan de Oro and Misamis Oriental. The National Grid Corp. is still investigating the cause of the power interruption and the extent of the disturbance. Mornings@ANC, February 27, 2014
