MANILA, Philippines – This month, the Jr. NBA along with its counterpart for young girls, the Jr. WNBA, will be holding its national training camp here in Metro Manila. This year’s program started with a coaches’ clinic in Manila in January, followed by a school clinic before tours all over the country. The camp’s top 50 boys and top 24 girls advanced to the national training sessions. The camp will culminate with the selection of the 10 Jr NBA and four Jr WNBA All-Stars and an opportunity to play against a counterpart team from another country later in the year. -- Mornings @ANC, April 24, 2014.
