After the implementation of the new Motor Vehicle Act in the country, there is a lot of panic among the people due to heavy penalty imposed on those who break traffic rules. Angry man set his own bike on fire in Delhi's Sheikh Sarai Phase 1 area after traffic police challaned him. According to the information, traffic police was checking vehicles in Phase 1 area. During this time a person named Rakesh arrived. It is alleged that he was intoxicated.

देश में नया मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट लागू होने के बाद यातायात नियम तोड़ने वालों पर भारी जुर्माना लगाए जाने से लोगों में काफी दहशत है. दिल्ली के शेख सराय फेज 1 इलाके में ट्रैफिक पुलिस द्वारा चालान काटे जाने से गुस्साए शख़्स ने अपनी ही बाइक में आग लगा दी. जानकारी के मुताबिक फेज 1 इलाके में ट्रैफिक पुलिस वाहनों की चेकिंग कर रही थी. इसी दौरान राकेश नाम का शख़्स पहुंचा. आरोप है कि वह शराब के नशे में था.
