Learn how to make Fluffy and tasty 'Garlic Knots' with our chef Bhumika Bhurani.
Garlic knots are a type of garlic bread found primarily in pizzerias around New York City and the surrounding regions. Garlic knots are typically made from bread dough. The dough is rolled and then pulled into small, tight overhand knots, and baked in an oven and later dipped in Garlic Butter. A big basket of garlic knots is a great party treat and is pretty easy to make, also it goes brilliantly with Cheese Fondue, Cream Cheese Dip, and Mayonnaise;

3. Once the dough comes together, leave it aside for 1 hour
4. While the dough is puffing, take butter and put it in the pot on gas, and turn on the flame

11. Take the dough out of the bowl and place it over a floured surface
12. Flatten the dough into a rectangle shape and cut 1/2 inch of dough from one side forming long rectangle strips
13. Now, use two fingers and roll the dough strip around them twice and make a knot
14. Set aside on a flat floured surface, and do the same with the rest of the dough strips
15. Let the dough knots puff for around 10 minutes on a flat floured surface
16. Gently place all the dough knots on a tray, and bake it at 190°C for about 12-15 minutes until they turn golden brown
17. Once baked, take all the warm dough knots out in a large bowl and pour 3-4 tbsp garlic butter which was kept aside, over it
