The government will look for the best solution to ensure that civil servants are not oppressed if changes are made to the present pension scheme.

During his working visit to Japan on Saturday, Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said the government will continue the scheme but measures needed to be taken to reduce government’s financial burden.
