Masala Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken thigh pieces 8-10
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Baking Soda 1 pinch
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Meat tenderizer 1-1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
For serving:
Lettuce leaves as required
Onion rings as required
Tomato as required
Cucumber as required
Method
Put all spices on chicken thigh piece and leave overnight. Then slightly fry it. Upon serving fry them again to make crispy. Now take out in dish and serve with lettuce leaves, cucumber, tomato and onion rings.
Prawn Curry Fried Rice :
Ingredients:
Prawns 1 cup
Curry powder 1-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Boiled sela rice 300 grams
Oil ½ cup
Chopped green coriander, green chili ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion and ginger garlic fry lightly .then add yogurt and curry powder masala and roast well .after this add prawns and roast .then add 1 cup of water and boil. after this add lemon juice ,boiled rice mix well and leave on dum .finally add green coriander then and serve .
