The impressive athletic feat is captured as Lucy Bright, a former gymnast, exits a pool on vacation in St. Lucia in outstanding style with a handstand on September 10.

"I used to be a gymnast but I have now retired but I still love to do some moves especially when I’m on holiday. I always have to do a beach flip on my vacations it’s a tradition now, this was just something a bit different," said Bright.
