I got a temp to perm position within 24 hours. You have to fill out paperwork, do background check, drug test and they call your references. Then you either do a phone or in person interview with the client. I love my assignment! It's a great fit and commute and I've been on the job for a month now. I'm learning a lot of new skills I can add to my resume. I also asked for seasonal weekend gigs and just accepted my first weekend assignment! Linda is the best! I only wish they did online or phone app timecards, the process is very old school but I got my auto deposit in 2 weeks!
