“By and large the feedback I have been receiving so far from the FPI community has been that the regulations seem nice. The regulator seems to have done a fair job of translating a lot of the feedback that they have been getting from the industry,” said Richie Sancheti, Head-Investment Funds, Nishith Desai Associates.
