Lead to a 'Civil War'.
On his account, the president referenced a comment

The president is under intense scrutiny for allegedly trying to force the
country of Ukraine to investigate
2020 candidate Joe Biden.
The growing scandal has now led the Democratic-controlled House to start an impeachment inquiry.
Trump's talks with the Ukraine were
made known by an unnamed whistleblower.
According to House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff, the whistleblower is expected to testify soon
