Stevens Chan, CEO and founder of Dialogue in the Dark Malaysia, is also a social worker, activist and social entrepreneur who has been trying to empower people with visual impairment and raising awareness to facilitate social inclusion of the marginalised in the country for more than a decade.

For his efforts, Stevens is recognised as one of the 10 winners of Star Golden Hearts Award 2019, an annual award that celebrates everyday Malaysian unsung heroes.
