Feds Issue Warning Bulletin
as 'Joker' Hits Opening Weekend The warning issued to law
enforcement originated with the
Department of Homeland Security (DHS)

community (also referred to as
involuntary celibate) and its subset
community known as "clowncells." The community holds the belief
that sexual attention has been
denied to them due to political
and social movements. According to the FBI, incels have
been responsible for 27 killings in
the U.S. and Canada since 2014. Some theaters have banned
costumes at showings of 'Joker.' Undercover officers will also
be deployed in various cities. 'Joker' has opened to mixed reviews.
It's currently playing in theaters nationwide.
