Mutton sukka and rice on a Sunday afternoon. It’s the most comforting meal and so easy to put together. This is an extremely simple recipe and can be put together in no time. It is preferable to use bone mutton for this recipe. The flavour from bones enhances the taste of curry and also keeps the curry juicy. Clean the mutton properly and get rid of the fat if any. I used very less oil for this recipe as juicy of mutton is sufficient for this recipe. So in this point of view this recipe is healthy and tasty too.
