South Korean boy group Monsta X was created through the survival program No. Mercy by Starship Entertainment. The group is composed of seven members, Shownu, Wonho, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney and I.M. The group debuted their first EP ‘Trespass” in 2015 and then In April 2018, Monsta X's Japanese single "Spotlight" received an official gold certification by the Recording Industry Association of Japan. The group also served as torchbearers on the first day of the Seoul leg of the Olympic torch relay in the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics torch relay. In September 20 of 2019 they announced they will be in the lineup for the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour. This will be their second year as last year they made history as the first K pop group to perform on the main stage with BoA and Psy of “Gangnam Style. On October 4, Monsta X released another English song titled "Someone's Someone" co-written by Before You Exit members and Monsta X's Shownu.
