While removal Article 370, a bond is being signed with big leaders in Jammu and Kashmir to release the politically detained people, which is an open abuse of the rights found under the Constitution in the country. The condition of release under the bonds that are being signed by the people to be released is that they will not give any comment or statement on the current situation in Kashmir including Article 370.

अनुच्छेद 370 खत्म करने के दौरान जम्मू-कश्मीर में बड़े नेताओं के साथ राजनीतिक रूप से हिरासत में लिए गए लोगों को रिहा करने के लिए एक बॉन्ड पर हस्ताक्षर कराए जा रहे हैं जो देश में संविधान के तहत मिले अधिकारों का खुलेआम दुरुपयोग है. रिहा किए जाने वाले लोगों से जिन बॉन्ड पर हस्ताक्षर कराए जा रहे हैं उसके तहत रिहाई की शर्त ये है कि वो अनुच्छेद 370 सहित कश्मीर के मौजूदा हालात पर कोई टिप्पणी या बयान नहीं देंगे।
