Necessary documents and fees were required to get a driving license, but recently, a surprising case has come out of Chennai. The women who arrived there to take the driving test were asked to return only because she came to the RTO office wearing jeans, capri and top. In Chennai, this case of not giving license on wearing jeans has caught hold, on which the RTO has also tried to calm the case by giving a statement.
