The former head of the BCCI's CoA Vinod Rai has revealed that he was in
favour of continuing with Anil Kumble as India coach after the
widely-publicized fallout in 2017 between the legendary spinner and
Indian captain Virat Kohli. During his one-year term Kumble turned out
to be one of the most successful coaches with India excelling in all
formats of the game, especially in Test cricket. But due to differences
arising between him and Kohli, Kumble was ultimately forced to resign
from his post as the BCCI started looking for his replacements.

कोर्ट की तरफ से गठित प्रशासकों की समिति के मुख्य रहे विनोद राय ने अपना
तीन साल का कार्यकाल खत्म होने के साथ ही विराट-कुंबले के मुद्दे पर बड़ा
खुलासा कर हर किसी को हैरान कर दिया है।
