Aalu doughnuts :
Ingredients
Boil potatoes ½ kg
Cheddar cheese 1cup
Black pepper 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Rice flour ½ cup
Bread crumbs as required
Eggs 2
Red chili powder 1tsp
Mustard paste 2tsp
Coriander 4tbsp
Onion 2tbsp
Green chilies 2
Soya sauce 1tsp
Chili sauce 2tsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Oil as required
Method
Mix boil potatoes with all ingredients accept eggs and bread crumbs, now beat eggs yolks and add in potatoes and give doughnut shape, now dip in egg whites and coat in crumbs lastly fry and serve .
Karahi baingan:
Ingredients
Brinjal ½ kg
Tomatoes ½ kg
Dried fenugreek 2tsp
Coriander whole 1tsp
Cumin 2tsp
Green chilies 4
Red pepper crushed 2tsp
Salt 1tsp
All spice ½ tsp
Curry leaves 6
Lemon juice 4tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Corn flour ½ cup
Flour ½ cup
Carom ½ tsp
Coriander ½ bunch
Ginger 1tbsp
Oil ½ tsp
Method
In a bowl add flour, corn flour, carom, red pepper crushed and salt make a mixture, now in a wok heat oil and dip the brinjal in mixture and deep fry and remove .now in remaining oil add curry leaves, coriander whole, cumin , dried fenugreek , green chilies, tomatoes, all spice , turmeric , now add the brinjal in this spice add green chilies, ginger . lemon juice and sprinkle coriander and serve.
Sabzi fruit salad:
Ingredients
Carrot 1
Cucumber 1
Apple 1
Pineapple 1cup
Cabbage 1cup
Boil potato 1
Sugar 2tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Cream 1cup
Mayonnaise 2tbsp
Method
Cut veggies now In a bowl add all the veggies, now add the remaining ingredient mix and serve.
