Surah Al-Fajr (Arabic: الفجر, "Fajr") is the 89th surah in the Qur'an. This surah is classified as Makkiyah surah which consists of 30 verses. Named Al-Fajr which means that Dawn is taken from the words of Al-Fajr contained in the first verse of this surah.
