Pork adobo is one of the traditional and famous Filipino dish. Most of the time there are leftovers. In this video we will incorporate leftover pork adobo and leftover steamed rice and turn it into a tasty fried rice with scrambled egg, carrots and onion leaks. We've added in the recipe a little bit of spicy bagoong (barrio fiesta) to give it a little more flavor and spice. The taste is amazingly declicious. Try it and remember "we all can cook"!
INGREDIENTS:
200 to 300g leftover pork adobo
3 to 4 cups leftover rice
5 cloves of garlic
1 scrambled egg
2 tbsp chopped carrots
1 tbsp onion leaks
1 tsp salt
1 tsp spicy bagoong (barrio fiesta)
