볼리비아 대통령, 대선부정 논란 사퇴…모랄레스 14년 집권종식
After nearly 14 years in power, Bolivian President Evo Morales will resign amid turmoil following his disputed re-election last month.
The head of Bolivia's armed forces said on Sunday the military had asked the president to step down after weeks of protests over his victory in the October 20 presidential election.
Earlier in the day. Morales had agreed to hold new elections after Organization of American States revealed serious irregularities in the election.
Since the election, Bolivia has seen three weeks of protests which left at least three people killed and more than 100 injured.
